Sorry, I’m too busy, there is no time left in my diary for training! Does this resonate and sound familiar? In a few industries like MedTech and healthcare some job profiles need to be constantly available and on-call ready. The high workload and performance pressure these days are a fact in all industries. Therefor lots of companies have started to squeeze significantly the time budget that is allocated to employees’ training and continuing education. We’re not talking about 5 or 10% reduction; some cuts are high as 50-60% compared to past training time budgets. And yes, today’s professionals are probably as busy as no other generation has been before while continuing learning and personal development has become even more paramount to succeed in our high pace and fast changing world. It seems these two desirable solutions do not come together.

In other words, how to tackle the paradox of having the employees constantly on the job performing without interruption and the undisputable need for training to prepare employees for the future requirements to stay on top and outperform competition?

Traditional training concepts like a 3-day classroom or virtual training cannot solve this issue, nor are most e-learning offerings who are boring and deliver disappointing learning results.

Smart Hybrid Learning Solutions are required to do one thing and not refrain from the other! Learning solutions that are at least as good as a top-class face-to-face training session, however, with maximum flexibility and freedom for each learner when and where he or she attends the class. How can that be achieved? We need to re-think the learning process and combine in a smart way Hi-tech like VR and AI and trainer led short, intense and high impact bootcamps, either online, face-to-face or both.

The result

·       zero no-shows due to work overload or short notice on-call duties

·       no compromises on training quality and impact

·       maximum freedom and flexibility to learn independent of time, location and other people

·       engaged and motivated employees

Is Your Microsoft 365 Investment Delivering What You Expected?

Over 30 Years ago when Suzanne started delivering her Excel Courses using Excel 4.0 users would book a course – often for 2 days and the Course Profile was packed with information. Looking back, I’m still not quite sure how delegates managed to absorb all that information in 2 days, that’s if they did! Certainly in todays world of training Companies want Bite Sized Learning Sessions or Sessions designed around a specific project, business challenge or immediate need.

Technology Shift and AI Adoption in the Workplace

A throwback to the early 1980’s, and manual typewriters were still being used in the Workplace.  Carbon copies and NCR paper evolved before Photocopiers did! The undo button was a bottle of Tippex!  Now in 2026 we have fast processors in our computers, we have thousands of different software packages available to us and dependant on when the company was formed, many thousands of documents because users are not sure about keep, archive or delete!

AI will not replace great salespeople. It will expose generic sales training. title

Most sales training is built on the assumption that if everyone follows the same process, uses the same script and applies the same techniques, results will improve. Despite billions spent globally on sales enablement, many organisations still struggle with inconsistent performance, low conversion rates, poor prospecting discipline, weak client engagement and sales teams that fail to sustain momentum.
