Suzanne began her career in Digital Skills Training in 1996, working for a provider of Microsoft training at a time when organisations were first embracing digital productivity tools. From the very beginning, her focus has been on helping people use technology confidently, efficiently, and in ways that genuinely support how their business operates. Suzanne initially specialised in Microsoft Excel, gaining her Microsoft Trainer Qualification and building a strong foundation in data, productivity, and analytical thinking. As Microsoft’s suite of applications evolved, Suzanne expanded her expertise to include the wider Microsoft ecosystem, developing deep knowledge across Microsoft 365 and modern ways of working. Over the years, Suzanne has continued to broaden her skillset, delivering training in Microsoft Project and PowerProject, and becoming a highly experienced user of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. She is also an accomplished Bluebeam trainer, supporting project‑based and technical teams to work more effectively with digital documents, collaboration, and review processes. What truly sets Suzanne apart is her ability to understand the real business needs of different departments. Whether working with operations, project teams, finance, leadership, or frontline staff, she takes the time to understand pressures, workflows, and objectives, ensuring that technology is shaped around the work — not the other way around. Suzanne is also widely known as a Digital Declutterer, helping organisations simplify their digital environments, reduce duplication, improve file management, and create clear, consistent ways of working. Her passion lies in showing how tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Bluebeam can be used together to streamline processes, reduce noise, and transform productivity. With decades of hands‑on training and consultancy experience, Suzanne brings a calm, practical, and adoption‑focused approach to every engagement.
