Her obsession with transforming behaviours led her to become a Certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner (Genos Intenational), helping leaders shift from reaction to intention, and from conflict to collaboration. Preetie founded Empowered by Design and is the creator of the Shiftcode Model - a practical and powerful tool that helps leaders recognise their behavioural blind spots and elevate behavioural intelligence to build trust, foster engagement, drive collaboration, and inspire teams.
