I work with people, teams and organisations to help them grow through practical, engaging training and coaching that make a real difference in how team members show up at work, and in life. With over 20 years Learning & Development experience, in different industries, initially in finance to now working across all sectors — retail, housing, charity, automotive and global teams. If there's a common thread, it's this: people want to feel more confident, connected and capable. That’s what I help with. Whether I’m running a workshop, coaching a leader, or designing a programme, I focus on what actually works in the real world — no fluff, no jargon, just good, honest development that gives people the tools and confidence to do their jobs better, lead others, and feel more in control. Recent projects include: • Improving Customer Experience (CX), online and in person with global teams • Coaching and train-the-trainer support for a client in Paris and Munich • Designing and delivering leadership development for UK and international organisations • Running ‘human skills’ sessions with everyone from front-line teams to Directors My background is in Psychology and Philosophy, a Level 7 coaching qualification, and a lifelong love of learning. I am skilled at asking good questions to challenge how people think and bring a mix of curiosity, calm, and challenge. I genuinely care about helping people find what works for them to reach their potential.
