Known for his sincerity and compassion, he has served as Director of Operations and Regional Manager for East Africa, collaborating with organizations such as Jospong Group, Ecobank, ZESCO, Masawara Group, TNM, and MSD. Raynor specializes in leadership development, life and business coaching, strategic development and implementation, team building, emotional intelligence, and psychometric assessments. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from Shaw Academy, Ireland, and has over 18 years of experience. Raynor has designed innovative training programs such as “Stress That Motivates” and “Steps to Success for Teens.” He resides in Durban, South Africa, with his wife Kelsey and their two daughters, Brooklyn and Zara.
