Since qualifying in Person Centred Counselling in 2006, Cami Rose has focused on bringing the core principles of person centric support and development into the business world, working with a large number of leaders, managers, and teams as they navigate high-pressure working environments and often complex interpersonal dynamics. Over the years, she then expanded her skillset to include coaching, facilitation and Leadership/Management development. Between 2010 and 2023 Cami Rose worked as an in-house coach and trainer with DC Thomson & Co. Ltd, delivering development programmes and 1-2-1 support at all levels of the business. Here she built her expertise to include working with psychometric profiling tools such as Insights Discovery and Belbin Team Roles, leadership and management coaching, team facilitation, personal development, resilience-building, and the design and delivery of targeted wellbeing and neuro-psychology based development programmes. Cami Rose founded the Happy Human Training Co. in 2023 to allow her to further specialise in providing quality development with tangible impact to SME’s and Start Ups. She now works with a number of organisations across the UK. Qualifications and Memberships: Post-graduate diploma in Person Centred Counselling. Neuro-Certified Coach Certified Insights and Belbin Practitioner Certified Mental Health First Aider Trainer Menopause Champion Cami Rose undertakes regular supervision and CPD courses. She is an Accredited Member of the Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and a Member of The Association of Coaching.
