About AI First Training
Visit WebsiteAI First Training delivers expert-led classroom, online, and on-site training in Claude AI for businesses. Every course is built around practical, hands-on instruction for real-world workflows — not abstract AI theory — and taught by practitioners who use Claude in their own businesses every day.
The course catalogue covers the full spectrum of Claude adoption: the Claude for Business series (101, 201, and Masterclass) for teams building AI-powered ways of working, the Claude Code series for those developing technical build skills with Claude, and focused one-day specialist modules — Claude for SMEs, Claude for Design, Claude for Marketing, and Claude for Sales — for role-specific application. Bespoke and executive programmes are also available, tailored to a company's specific tools, workflows, and goals.
Training is delivered flexibly — classroom (capped at 10 participants for close instructor attention), live online, one-to-one, or on-site/corporate — with public course locations in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Plymouth. Every course includes a free resit if unsatisfied, 30 days of post-training support, and recording access for all participants, so learning continues well beyond the training day itself.

Andrei Goea cut his teeth building technology for London's media and broadcast scene long before Claude existed, which probably explains why he has zero patience for tools that look impressive in a demo and fall apart the moment real work gets thrown at them. A full-stack developer with a decade in solution architecture and executive roles, he has spent his career in the unglamorous, essential business of making complex systems actually work. These days that same instinct is pointed at Claude. Where Mark brings the "here's what this changes for your business" energy, Andrei is the one who wants to know how it actually works under the hood, and he teaches from that angle. Expect straight answers, a genuine dislike of hype, and someone who will happily go two layers deeper than you asked if it means you leave understanding the thing properly.

Mark Young is, by his own admission, about 60% human and 40% Claude at this point. He's not entirely joking. Over 20 years in the training industry, he's taught digital skills to organisations including the BBC, Sky, ITV and Adobe. These days you'll find him running Love Social Media, his digital marketing agency, almost entirely on Claude. Content, strategy, client work, the lot. If Claude can do it, Mark's probably already asked it to. That's the whole pitch really. Mark doesn't teach Claude from a manual. He teaches it from inside a business that actually runs on it. Expect fewer slides, more "here's what happens when you try this on Monday morning," and the odd joke about which of the two of them is doing more of the thinking.
