Coach and Country Head: Zimbabwe Prisca is a Chartered Human Resources Practitioner with three decades of experience in HR management across education, ICT, manufacturing, and financial/banking sectors—20 of those years at the executive level. She previously served as Head of HR for Ecobank Zimbabwe and the SADC Region, overseeing strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and talent management. Prisca is adept at training, performance management, succession planning, and improving the overall employee experience, bringing invaluable expertise to her role at MCA Training International.

Chief Business Development Officer | Leadership, Sales, and Personal Mastery Coach With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, sales performance, and personal mastery, Stefan Lessing serves as Chief Business Development Officer at MCA Training International. He is a Certified Professional Life Coach, accredited by Transformation Academy™, and holds a B Prim Ed degree from North-West University. Beginning his career as a teacher, Stefan transitioned into adult learning, executive coaching, and corporate leadership programs, where he has consistently helped individuals and organisations unlock their full potential. Stefan’s career includes more than a decade in the financial services sector, where he notably managed the financial adviser learning track at Old Mutual. Since then, he has partnered with leading organisations such as Nedbank, First National Bank, Stanbic, Mediclinic, Santam, Verso, Lancet Laboratories, Eskom, Principa Solutions, Ogilvy, and AddPay. His coaching style blends empathy, structure, and strategic insight, empowering leaders and teams to navigate change, build resilience, and deliver sustainable performance. As an author, Stefan has shared his personal and professional insights through The Break of Dawn (Afrikaans: Lig deur die Krake), offering practical tools for personal growth, and through his self-guided program Become the Person You Want to Be. Guided by values of gratitude, wisdom, self-esteem, trust, and abundance, he continues to inspire transformation at both personal and organisational levels. Stefan lives in Cape Town with his wife, Adèle, and their five children.

Coach and Country Head: Ghana and Togo Patrick is an international coach and bilingual training facilitator, passionately focused on human capital development. He has trained middle managers and senior corporate executives in over 17 African countries, specializing in high-performance leadership, team engagement, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and coaching. Formerly in banking for nearly 13 years, Patrick excelled in operations, trade finance, and customer service before dedicating himself fully to training and coaching. He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Impact) from the University of Milan and an MBA in Finance from Central University, Ghana. Patrick is a Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from Erickson Coaching International, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the ICF. Married to Freda, they have a daughter.
