I'm Adam, also known as That Training Guy. I work with professionals and organisations to unlock strengths, strengthen team dynamics and create environments where people perform consistently, not just individually, but collectively. I set up That Training Guy because I'm passionate about helping organisations move beyond developing individual leaders and start developing the teams those leaders rely on. With more than 15 years leading talent, learning and leadership development across organisations including Manchester Airports Group, Sofology, DFS Group and PZ Cussons, I combine practical business experience with proven development methodologies. Through a blend of strengths coaching, emotional intelligence and practical leadership insight, I help organisations build resilient, agile teams that deliver in demanding environments.
