With over 2 decades of experience in the field, I have seen first hand how Agile can transform the way teams work, delivering improved productivity, higher quality, and greater satisfaction. My passion for Agile began many years ago, when I was working in the computer games industry. Frustrated with the traditional and expensive waterfall approach with no feedback or connection to the end user, I discovered Agile and was immediately drawn to its collaborative and iterative nature. As I began to apply Agile principles and practices to my work, and saw the benefits it could bring to teams and organizations. Since then, I have been on a mission to help others experience the power of Agile for themselves. As an Agile coach and consultant, I have worked with a wide range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them adopt and implement Agile methodologies. I have also trained and coached countless teams, helping them improve their processes, communication, and collaboration.
