He has over 15 years of experience working with businesses—lululemon and Tokyo International School— and organizations—Towada City Board of Education and JET Programme—in helping their teams reach their fullest potential. Having been a part of teams and working groups that have built Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives for global organizations from the ground up, David has seen how truly important this work is and how powerful it can be—not only in regards to business metrics, but also in people’s lived experiences. David lived and worked in Japan for over 10 years; speaks English, French, and Japanese; and brings a global perspective to his roles. He strives to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences at Blue Level as well as in his own coaching practice, DBF Coaching Services. David is currently completing an Executive MBA with the Quantic School of Business and Technology and his Coaching Certification through the Co-Active Training Institute. He also has certifications in Training and Human Performance Improvement from ATD, Indigenous Studies from the University of Alberta, and Mental Health First Aid from The Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Dr. Kimberly Davis is a facilitator-educator with over 15 years of experience in the delivery of training content and workshops. Formally trained as a psychologist and skilled instructor of higher education, Kimberly has expertise and specialty training in health psychology, diversity and equity promotion, mentorship, and advocacy—with a focus on underserved populations. Kimberly holds a PhD in Psychology from Tennessee State University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Argosy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kennesaw State University. In addition, she holds a Certificate from Northwestern University in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Certificate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of Southern Florida. Kimberly brings an engaging, supportive, and practical context to her training workshops. Supporting her passion for training, education, and advocacy, she provides educational training, group facilitation, and consultation in the areas of diversity, culturally competent work environments, interpersonal effectiveness, team building, goal setting, and stress management. She is certified as a facilitator of Professional Learning Communities and Adult Learning. Further leaning into her strengths and strong desire for advocacy and promotion in the DEI space, Dr. Davis aspires to promote opportunities for collaborative, diverse discussions aimed at creating a world of inclusive perspectives that support the success of future generations.
