Why We Do This Work

We call this The BAG We Carry™:

  • Beliefs: the beliefs we internalize about ourselves, others, or what’s possible, often shaped by our past experiences, culture, and sometimes trauma.

These are known as incompletions: unresolved grievances, regrets, resentments, and broken agreements that distort how people experience the present and quietly shape their future.
