Mental Health First Aid

10 Oct, 2025In Person

5/5

I truly appreciated the professionalism with which the course was conducted. The opportunity to engage in discussions about various mental health issues, rather than simply listening, made the learning experience much more engaging. Additionally, the environment was incredibly comfortable and felt like a safe space, allowing participants to share their life experiences openly. The course was thorough and highly informative, providing me with valuable skills such as rephrasing and formulating open-ended questions. I also learned how to apply the ALGEE framework to navigate challenging situations effectively.
