Using horses in an experiential learning format, teams are removed from the office and taken into the arena as they work together to guide their horse through obstacles. Our trademarked program consistently delivers on its learning outcomes, as participants gain self confidence by learning new skills handling horses and successfully complete challenges together. The Horses are incredibly engaged and aware during sessions, providing feedback to participants based on their body language. The insights, newfound awareness, and consideration displayed for others as teams progress are truly unique and exactly the feedback each participant needs regarding his/her own unintended message signaling created from old habits in displays of poor body language and nonverbal communication nuances. These behavior changes occur live, in the moment, at the most impactful point of learning where retention is greatest and connections are established from cause and effect. Experiential Learning is the oldest and most effective method of learning—hands on, in the moment, actively participating in your learning experience as you can decidedly change outcomes by changing your behavior. Through the facilitation process, teams are encouraged to self reflect, evaluating, processing, and exchanging old behaviors with productive, meaningful, and impactful ones. Teams uncover their blind spots and transform into highly effective, innovative and creative energetic units—supporting, encouraging, and inspiring each other to do more.

Our fun and engaging program excels in training those ever important micro communication skills, expanding one’s emotional intelligence capabilities, developing more considerate, engaged, and supportive teammates across newly formed teams, to teams stuck in a repetitive pattern, needing that breakthrough to spark innovative and creative ideation, as well as leading with agility, hybrid team’s & challenges they face, and more! We host up to 25-30 people at a time, broken into smaller teams with horses. No riding and no horse experience needed. The horses provide incredible insights as they mirror your intentions & emotions, will not follow poor leadership, yet will immediately work with you as you adapt your behaviors based on the horse’s needs.
