Associate and Coach, South Africa Mark is an MCA Certified Coach and manufacturing leadership specialist with over four decades of experience in manufacturing and operations across South Africa, Eswatini, the United Kingdom and continental Europe. Educated in both South Africa and the UK, his passion for craftsmanship and excellence began early and led to a Cabinet Maker’s qualification completed in West Germany, followed by a Production Management Diploma in Cape Town. Mark has held senior leadership roles throughout his career, always putting people first and systems second. As Factory Manager at Tradewinds Parasol, he guided the company to ISO 9001 certification while quadrupling output and growing the workforce to 80 employees. He later served as Managing Director of Inka Parasols, building a small operation into a globally competitive manufacturer exporting to the West Indies, the United States, Africa and the Middle East. As General Manager of BTI Branding Solutions, he helped secure major national accounts such as Sasol and Tiger Wheel & Tyre. After a 15-year tenure as Managing Director of Inka Holdings, he continues to consult for the company while dedicating more of his time to coaching and facilitation. His coaching, accredited as MCA Coach Level 1, reflects natural empathy, careful listening and a strong commitment to helping others grow. Outside of work, Mark is passionate about fine art photography, rugby and Formula One. He is known for integrity, humility and quiet strength, qualities that make him both a respected professional and a trusted coach and mentor.

Coach and Country Head: Ghana and Togo Patrick is an international coach and bilingual training facilitator, passionately focused on human capital development. He has trained middle managers and senior corporate executives in over 17 African countries, specializing in high-performance leadership, team engagement, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and coaching. Formerly in banking for nearly 13 years, Patrick excelled in operations, trade finance, and customer service before dedicating himself fully to training and coaching. He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Impact) from the University of Milan and an MBA in Finance from Central University, Ghana. Raynor specializes in leadership development, life and business coaching, strategic development and implementation, team building, emotional intelligence, and psychometric assessments.
